This lecture will provide an overview of the regulatory elements of good documentation, why they are important and how to recognize the difference between good and poor documentation practices. 

By the end of the course, the participant will be able to:

  • Define what Good Documentation Practices is and what regulations exist.
  • Identify the need for good documentation practices
  • Recognize poor documentation practices
  • Recognize good documentation practices
